About Shipping

We will deliver within the U.S. territory all stocked items within 2-4 weeks. Exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather or courier delays may cause your order to take longer to deliver.

Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 8 am and 6 pm, during peak times your delivery may arrive between 7:30 am and 9 pm.

All our deliveries are free of charge.

Wee Luvs Ltd is not responsible for any possible supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders once they are dispatched.

About Returns and cancellations

When you shop with Wee Luvs Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused defective only merchandise for a replacement or refund of the purchase price within 14-days of purchase. Refund checks are not available for gift returns. You must pay for shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Merchandise older than 14-days is not eligible for return. About Warranty

Wee Luvs Ltd will replace any item found defective in material or workmanship when put to normal household use and cared for according to the instructions. Minor imperfections, surface markings as a result of shipping, and slight color variations are normal. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, neglect, accident, alteration, fire, theft, or use in a commercial establishment. Return Shipping Responsibility – The cost of returning the product to us is up to the customer. Discontinued Item Returned – If the item you returned is discontinued and is no longer available, Wee Luvs Ltd will automatically replace your item with the most comparable item currently manufactured by us. If nothing is available, we will notify you to discuss the next steps. Replacement Requests – Wee Luvs Ltd will replace any item found to be defective in material or workmanship with the most comparable current item. We do not accept special requests, nor do we have the ability to upgrade in exchange for money. No Defect Found – Products found not to be defective in material or workmanship will be returned directly to you with a letter stating why.
